Gourmet events at star level

Our kitchen crew demonstrate their skills regularly with our gourmet event "Gams & Gloria".

A series of events for gourmets has grown out of our restaurant of the same name, which has received multiple awards from the Michelin Guide and Gault&Millau! This is based on the unique duet of regional products and ingredients from faraway countries, plus the exquisite wines and the modern style of gourmet restaurants: without antiquated rules, but with relaxed service and a lot of joie de vivre!

Wine lovers will be delighted. Over many years, we have selected a treasure trove of almost 350 different wines for our guests.

Whether during a five-course menu, a wine tasting or enjoying a cosy evening by the fireplace in the hotel lobby – with over 350 wines, our hotel’s own vinotheque has the right variety and vintage for everyone! Starting from well-known German and Austrian wines, our selection ranges from Italy, France and Spain to California and South America. An exciting depth of vintages included.

Romantic candlelight dinner

A special evening by candlelight. We have thought of something very special for you.

A 5-course menu accompanied by candlelight and a very intimate atmosphere awaits you every day in our romantic dining area. It's best to book in advance, as this experience is very popular with us ;-)

For hotel guests with special half board:
You are welcome to book our special Candle-Light menu in our dining room (for an additional charge).

A conversation with the winemaker

Together with our sommeliers, we organize exciting evenings for wine lovers and interested guests. Look forward to tailored menus with exciting introductions from the winemaker himself.

Well-known winegrowers and exciting newcomers present their treasures from the vineyard at a series of regular events. Don't worry! Our events are suitable for beginners and advanced wine enthusiasts.

For hotel guests with special half board: Of course you can also take part in the wine events. We would be delighted! :-)

Afternoon cake dreams

We serve our hotel guests homemade cakes, apple strudel, and pies just like grandma used to make!

Every day from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., you can sweeten your afternoon on the sun terrace with a view of the unique mountain scenery!

PS: The homemade cake is included for hotel guests with gourmet board. :-)
